NEET UG Counselling 2026: MCC Registration Opens August 5

The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will open online registration for NEET UG Counselling 2026 from August 5, 2026. Candidates who qualified in the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (Undergraduate), conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), can visit the official MCC portal to begin their counselling process for admission to government and deemed medical and dental colleges across India.

What Is MCC NEET UG Counselling?

MCC conducts centralised counselling for 15% All India Quota (AIQ) seats in government medical colleges, 100% seats in central universities and deemed universities, and seats in ESIC and AFMS institutions. State-level counselling for the remaining 85% seats is handled separately by respective state authorities.

• Registration: Candidates must register on the official MCC website and pay the applicable registration fee.
• Choice Filling: After registration, candidates fill in their preferred colleges and courses in order of priority.
